My name is Latoya Cowell and im the CEO of LuvlyBrows i am an esthetician and permanent make up artist that specializes in brow artistry and cluster mink lashes. To tell you a little bit about myself i have been specializing in brow artistry for 4 plus years and counting i started right in my living room doing family member brows and friends. I knew i had a passion for brows when i finished a client and to see their smile just warm my heart. Enhancing their brows with fuller and thicker look giving them to confident every woman needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Luvly Brows Is an appointment-based professional Brow & Tint service, so it is essential that we are able to service our clients Whilst Luvly Brows understands that being a little tardy on occasion or having to cancel an appointment is sometimes inevitable, to ensure that everyone's time is respected and appreciated we have created some fair late/cancellation policies that everyone can benefit from.If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please call, text, or emall Luvly Brows at https://www.luvlybrows.org/s/appolntments more than 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you receive no confirmation of your appointment being cancelled and can not provide sufficient evidence of your attempts to do so it will not be a valid cancellation/rescheduling. Client's that do not attend their appointment are considered no-shows and will be charged 100% of their scheduled service's price. Clients arriving five or more minutes late after their appointment's scheduled start time are considered no-shows and will be charged 100% of their scheduled service's price, even if not receiving the service. Clients who are late to their appointment and who are recelving multiple services at Luvly Brows may not be able to receive all scheduled services, and may need to be rescheduled for those they miss. Luvly Brows reserves the right to keep deposit if scheduled appoint is not rescheduled within 12 hours of initial appointment.
